Trip charges and additional fees are estimated and subject to final audit upon completion of reservation.
Airport Arrivals: All airport pick-ups at baggage claim will have and additional $10.00 fee. If a passenger cannot locate the driver at baggage claims, he or she must call (212) 527-8319 to connect with the driver. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy: One (1 hour) prior to a scheduled pick up time for all trips in Manhattan; Two (2) hours for all trips in the other New York boroughs (The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island); Three (3) hours for trips outside of the 5 boroughs.
